As we turn this corner on the fantastic year that was 2023 and head into the December holidays, we would like to wish all of our amazing Bandzoogle members a wonderful season and relaxing holiday, whatever and however you celebrate!
It goes without saying that we want to thank every amazing band, artist, producer, record label, and everyone else who uses Bandzoogle as their web host and site builder. It’s always incredible to see the amazing range of music we host on our service, and we’re really honored that you choose us as the platform on which to showcase all your talent.
Like many of you, we’re going to slow things down a bit over the holiday season, so our team can take time with families and loved ones and recharge batteries – then we can jump into 2024 with all cylinders firing!
During the holidays, support will be fully closed at 12pm EST on Sunday, December 24th, and closed all day Monday, December 25th, and Monday, January 1st.
Between December 26th and 31st, our live chat will be offline, but we will be providing limited support via email for any urgent questions or emergencies you may have. We will be back to both email and chat support on Tuesday, January 2nd.
